Our physical movement specialists all have at least seven years’ post-qualification experience, as well as supplementary areas of specialism. That means they’re able to provide expert care and treatment, delivering the highest standards of care at all times.
A fully certified Pilates instructor, Personal Trainer and Physiotherapist, Paul has a fully integrated approach to Pilates specialising in injury treatment and prevention, alongside alignment and fitness.
Sarah is one of the most experienced and qualified Pilates specialists in the country. She is also a certified Personal Trainer, Weight Management Consultant, Swissball and Bosu Trainer.
SooHiu is an internationally experienced and accredited Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer, having practised in Hong Kong, New York, Shanghai, Syndey, Singapore and London. She aims to create positive and pain-free movement in a safe environment.
Diane is a specialist Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist with a passion for Triathlon and has competed internationally for Team GB. Her expertise means she is able to use a broad suite of skills and experience to support patients.
Adrian is an ISRM Level 5 Massage Therapist with over 15 years' experience. Originally having qualified in Canada, Adrian is an expert in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Injury Rehabilitation and Muscle Energy Techniques.
With over 10 years' experience in a wide array of massage techniques, including Sports, Remedial, Deep Tissue and Swedish massage, Paolo has an impressive skill base which he develops through regular training.
Sadie Goodson is a specialist Remedial Massage therapist (NLSSM) and a Pilates teacher. Based at our City of London clinic. Sadie has worked in a number of clinical settings and is adept at supporting City professionals.
Paula is a highly experienced and qualified Acupuncturist, with specialists Chinese Medicine expertise. Through the study of kinesiology and acupuncture she is able to maintain the balance between the physical, mental and emotional aspects of health.
