Because we can’t re-use the time set aside for your appointment if you cancel shortly before if, or fail to attend for your appointment, all our GP services are covered by a late cancellation/non-attendance policy.

Late cancellation/non-attendance

To avoid late cancellation fees (100% of the consultation fee), please do provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. Please note, this does also apply to any appointments which are covered by an insurance policy.

Regretfully, we may not be able to see you if you are late for your appointment. Please do let us know as soon as you can if you’re running late and we’ll do all we can to accommodate you when you arrive.

Please note, we cannot refund any medication, vaccinations or treatments once they have been administered or dispensed.


All fees for the consultation services provided and any other tests or dispensed items must be settled in full at the end of the consultation.

Refusal of service

London City Healthcare retain the right to refuse to provide services at any time and for any reason.


By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you understand, have read and will abide by London City Healthcare’s privacy policy.

Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of our Services in the English courts.


London City Healthcare may contact you by email to the email address provided in your account, by written communication to the postal address provided during your registration or by a general notice using our clinic management system (for example, to send you results of tests).
